Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic processor for liquid processed by spirally-distributed magnetic fields, relating to a magnetization processor applicable to large pipes for conveying liquid such as water or oil and the like. The magnetic processor is provided with a pipe, the pipe is hollow, and multiple cross-shaped magnetic elements are connected in series in the pipe along the axes thereof; all the cross-shaped magnetic elements which are connected in series are fixed on a same centre shaft, and a corner is mutually staggered between the radial directions of the cross-shaped magnetic elements, so that a radial flare angle is formed between the front and rear adjacent cross-shaped magnetic elements; and all the cross-shaped magnetic elements are distributed in a spiral distribution rule along the axes thereof. A large number of paired spirally-distributed strong magnetic fields are filled in the internal space of the pipe of the magnetic processor, so that liquid flowing in the pipe is frequently magnetized by the densely-distributed strong magnetic fields, thereby realizing the scale prevention and scale inhibition of the whole conveying pipe.
