Abstract

The invention discloses a dye solution for textile printing and dyeing. The dye solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-5 percent of a dye, 2-6 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.2-0.5 percent of 2-(4-aminophenyl)-6-methyl-7-benzothiazole sulfoacid, 10-15 percent of polyethylene glycol, 4-5 percent of a defoaming agent and the balance of water. The dye solution has high dying capability, and dyed cloth has high color fastness; and the dye solution can be stored stably for one month without precipitates, and is environment-friendly and safe.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of textile printing and dyeing, in particular to a dye solution for fabric printing and dyeing. Background technique [0002] Natural fibers such as cotton fibers contain symbiotic impurities, such as pectin, fat wax and nitrogenous substances, etc. The existence of these symbiotic impurities reduces the hydrophilicity and adsorption of the fibers, resulting in uneven dyeing or poor color fastness. The problem is that pretreatment of natural fibers such as alkali scouring and enzyme scouring can remove the symbiotic impurities contained in them, but they still cannot be completely removed and will be accompanied by unfavorable factors of cellulose degradation while removing symbiotic impurities. Adhesion to fibers is one direction to solve the above problems. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a dye liquor with strong coloring ability and stability. [0004] The te...
