Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for tracking the contour of a motion object and a method and device for analyzing myocardial motion. The device for tracking the contour of the motion object is used for tracking the contour of the motion object doing periodic deformation movement in an image slice time sequence and comprises a contour tracking part, a contour comparing part and a contour correcting part, wherein the contour tracking part is used for tracking the contour in the first time direction with the initial contour of the motion object in preset image slice as a starting contour so as to obtain a first contour of the motion object in each image slice as well as tracking the contour in the second time direction so as to obtain a second contour of the motion object in each image slice; the contour comparing part is used for calculating the similarity of the first contour and the initial contour and the similarity of the second contour and the initial contour; and the contour correcting part is used for taking the contour in each image slice, which is obtained in the tracking direction of the contour corresponding to the greater similarity of two similarities as the contour of the motion object in the corresponding image slice.
