Abstract

The invention provides a flying material blocking mechanism of a hammer-type breaker material inlet in order to solve the problem of broken material flying at the material inlet of the existed hammer-type breaker and relates to the field of the industrial and mining production apparatus, which comprises a breaking cavity housing provided with a material inlet at one side. A part for blocking flying material is arranged in the material inlet, wherein the part for blocking flying material comprises a plurality of chains which are vertically hung. The upper ends of the chains are fixedly connected with a cross rod. Two ends of the cross rod are penetrated through U-shaped grooves arranged on two side walls of the material inlet. Through the invention, the chain with the fixed upper end is arranged in the material inlet of the existed hammer-type breaker. The broken material moving at high speed can be prevented from flying out of the material inlet due to the great inertia. The lower end of the chain can swing freely without influence on feeding at the material inlet. The chain is fixed on the cross rod, assembled and disassembled conveniently.
