The invention discloses an automatic cutter replacing device which comprises a cutter base, a cutter hitting arm, a striking block and a guiding plate, wherein the guiding plate is fixed on a spindle box of a machine tool, and the upper portion of the guiding plate protrudes outwards compared with the lower portion; in the non-cutter-replacing state, the cutter base abuts against the upper portion of the guiding plate; a plurality of cutter claws are arranged on the cutter base, and one cutter claw is hollow. The striking block and the cutter hitting arm are installed on the other side of the spindle box, and the cutter hitting arm is fixed on the spindle box. When the cutter needs replacing, the hollow cutter claw on the cutter base is arranged on the bottommost portion. When the spindle box rises, the cutter base slides to the lower portion of the guiding plate, and the hollow cutter base enters an annular groove filled with cutters; the cutter hitting arm rises along with the spindle box, is pushed to move rightwards by the striking block, and simultaneously drives the cutters on a machine tool to move rightwards, and the cutters can be caught by the cutter claws.
