Abstract

An extractive electrospray device comprises a sample bracket, a micro-syringe and a quartz capillary tube, one end of the quartz capillary tube is connected with a sampling needle of the micro-syringe, the other end of the quartz capillary tube is directly inserted into the sample to enable the tail end of the quartz capillary tube to be horizontal, but the other end of the quartz capillary tube isn't inserted through the sample, and the tail end of the quartz capillary tube is kept coaxial to the front end of the sample and an inlet of a mass spectrometer, an extracting agent is contained in the micro-syringe, a sampling pump controls flow velocity to push the extracting agent into the sample, direct current voltage is added to the sampling needle of the micro-syringe to perform extraction, desorption and ionization to the sample and form spraying at the front end of the sample, and then the sample enters the mass spectrometer to be analyzed. The extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry method for the inside of the tissue sample is wide in application range and capable of directly and rapidly obtaining information of molecules in the sample, and according to experiments, the method is simple in device, low in manufacturing cost, high in ionization efficiency and small in damage to the sample.
