The method comprises the following steps: receiving multi-component function configuration information sent from a cloud server, wherein the multi-component function configuration information at least comprises a business function, a business service type and a universal resource identifier service; analyzing the multi-component function configuration information according to a preset multi-component function configuration protocol; and calling the corresponding mobile terminal according to the analyzed business service type to locally serve and process business data specified by the universal resource identifier service so as to realize the local application of the mobile terminal. The invention also provides an implementation device for the local application of the mobile terminal. The technical scheme provided by the invention makes the local application of the mobile terminal adapt to the change of business functions better, increases the online speed, lowers the application and development difficulty and reduces the update cost.
