A fixing device for a transfusion needle comprises a sleeve, a fin group and an adhesion part. The sleeve is provided with a needle head; the fin group comprises at least one fin which is combined with the sleeve and is provided with a bottom jointing surface; and the adhesion part comprises at least one patch, each patch is provided with a solid joint surface and an adhesion surface which are opposite to each other, each solid joint surface is jointed with the bottom jointing surface of the corresponding fin, each adhesion surface is provided with at least one recess so that the adhesion surface is divided into adhesion areas and hollow-out areas, each adhesion area includes positions, except for the corresponding recess, of the corresponding adhesion surface, and each hollow-out area corresponds to the corresponding recess.
