Abstract

The invention discloses a transformer body assembly method, which comprises the following steps of: (1) mounting iron cores comprising a main iron core and assistant iron cores on two sides; (2) sleeving coils: firstly sleeving part of coils on the peripheries of the iron cores, then assembling the rest coils together and integrally sleeving the rest coils on the peripheries of the iron cores so as to complete the sleeving process of the coils; and (3) tightly pressing a transformer body: placing cushion blocks on the two sides of an upper clamping piece and at the center of the upper clamping piece, wherein the heights of the cushion blocks are slightly larger than the height of the upper clamping piece, tightly pressing a transformer body in such manner, hanging fixed shaft heads between pulling plates of the iron cores and the upper clamping piece after the transformer body is tightly pressed, relieving pressure, moving away the cushion blocks, starting the empiecement and completing the assembly of the transformer body. The transformer body assembly method provided by the invention has the advantages that the sleeving time is reduced in the winding sleeving process, and since the cushion blocks are used for replacing presser foots in the tightly pressing process, overall height inconformity of the transformer body, which is caused by uneven force bearing of the clamping piece without the presser foots in the assembly process, cannot occur.
