Problems solved by technology

From the current technical point of view, because wireless transmission is affected by many factors such as channel, power, and signal strength, it is unrealistic to simply reduce the amount of energy consumed by data transmission and reception without affecting the strength and quality of transmission signals.

Embodiment Construction

[0038] The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0039] The present invention provides an energy saving method for wireless sensor nodes, such as figure 1 As shown, the flow chart of the specific steps of the present invention:

[0040] S1. Initialize the wireless sensor node, set the timer value of the data transceiver module of the wireless sensor node and the trigger threshold of various data;

[0041] S2. The data processing module of the wireless sensor node judges whether any data currently reaches the trigger threshold; if not, execute step S3, otherwise, execute step S4;

[0042] S3. The wireless sensor node judges whether the timer value of the data transceiver module is reached, and if the timer value is reached, the wireless sensor node starts the data transceiver module to send and receive data, otherwise, the wireless sensor node is in a waiting state;

[0043] S4. The wireless sensor node stop...

Abstract

The invention provides an energy-saving method for a wireless sensor node, which comprises the steps of initializing the wireless sensor node, setting a timer value of a data transmit-receive module of the wireless sensor node and trigger thresholds of various data, allowing a data processing module of the wireless sensor node to judge whether the data reaches the trigger thresholds at present, starting a data delay start mode if not, starting a data immediate start mode if so, resetting the timer value of the data transmit-receive module and the trigger thresholds of the various data after final data transmit-receive completion, and switching off the data transmit-receive module. With the adoption of the method, when the data is not required to be transmitted or received, the data transmit-receive module of the wireless sensor node is switched off, so that the data transmit-receive module is prevented from being in a waiting state for a long time, and the energy consumption of a battery is reduced greatly.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical research field of wireless sensor nodes of the Internet of Things, in particular to a data-driven energy-saving method for wireless sensor nodes. Background technique [0002] The Internet of Things is currently an emerging hot research field. In recent years, it has gradually become a leading field for countries to build new models of economic and social development and reshape their long-term competitiveness. The application field of the Internet of Things is very wide. As a typical application of the Internet of Things, various wireless sensors have initially formed a certain market scale. Compared with wired devices, the biggest problem with wireless devices is energy consumption. For sensor devices that use batteries as energy supply, the working time of the disposable power supply directly affects the performance of the system. Therefore, how to save energy and maximize the efficiency of wireless sensor nodes h...
