Abstract

The electrode comprises a lining support layer, first insulating layers, a transparent conductive layer and a second insulating layer, wherein the first insulating layers are manufactured on two sides of the upper side of the lining support layer, a window is formed between the first insulating layers on two sides, and the depth of the window is the same as the thickness of the first insulating layers; the transparent conductive layer is arranged in the window between the first insulating layers and on the surface of the lining support layer; and the second insulating layer is arranged in the middle of the conductive layer.
