The memory card stored with the fingerprint information can be carried about in daily life; when unlocking is needed some days later, the memory card is inserted into the card reader firstly; then the fingerprint information is recognized by the fingerprint recognizer; the single chip microcomputer controls the comparison with the fingerprint information stored in the memory card; if consistency is realized, the relay is controlled to pull in so as to unlocking the electrically-controlled lock.
