The SCR denitrification device comprises waste heat boilers and a denitrification reactor, a gas inlet end of the ammonia process SCR denitrification reactor is communicated with the first waste heat boiler to receive flue gas which is cooled to 320-420 DEG C through heat exchange, and a gas outlet end of the SCR denitrification reactor is communicated with the second waste heat boiler and discharges the denitrified flue gas into a chimney after the denitrified flue gas is cooled to 150-170 DEG C through heat exchange; and the denitrification reactor comprises an ammonia injection grid, an ammonia-flue gas mixer, a rectifier, and a multilayer catalyst bed and a soot blowers thereof, which are arranged in a flue gas channel in sequence.
