Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for dynamic management of a frequency spectrum. The method comprises the following steps in sequence: determining a reusable frequency spectrum of one of a plurality of cell links in the network based on the common-frequency indicating information, wherein the common-frequency indicating information is used for indicating the reusable degree of the frequency spectrum of each of the plurality of cell links to other cell links; and updating the frequency spectrum configuration of one of the plurality of cell links by using the reusable frequency spectrum of one of the plurality of cell links. According to the method and the device for the dynamic management of the frequency spectrum, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the reusable frequency spectrum of the special cell link can be determined according to the common-frequency indicating information, and the frequency spectrum configuration of the special cell link can be partially adjusted, thus the capacity of the network can be improved, the interference among the cells can be reduced, and the cost on the frequency spectrum configuration can be reduced as well.
