Problems solved by technology

However, if the dosage is too high or the residence time is not enough, PAC will carry suspended solids and sludge and flow out with the water, resulting in high PAC content in the effluent, which cannot achieve the intended treatment effect.

Embodiment Construction

[0033] A kind of activated carbon-microbial bacterium micelles cultivation method, it comprises:

[0034] (1) Select activated sludge as the strain;

[0035] (2) Add nutrient salts and fully aerate until the sludge is mature;

[0036] (3) After the sludge is mature, add powdered activated carbon, and maintain the nutrient concentration and dissolved oxygen concentration in the aerobic tank, so that the microorganisms wrap the activated carbon to form activated carbon-microbial gelatin flocs;

[0037] (4) Enter the sewage, domesticate the microorganisms, and monitor the quality of the effluent until the quality of the effluent is stable and the domestication is completed.

[0038] Select the activated sludge from the aerobic tank of municipal sewage as the strain to be cultivated; add nutrients and sufficient aeration to allow the activated sludge to grow, and judge the maturity of the activated sludge by conventional technical means such as visual observation and microscope i...

Abstract

The invention relates to a PACT (powdered activated carbon treatment) process and an PACT process device. The activated carbon-microbial zoogloea culture method comprises the following steps: selecting activated sludge, and culturing until the activated sludge is mature; and adding powdered activated carbon to ensure that the powdered activated carbon serving as a core is wrapped by microorganisms to form activated carbon-microbial zoogloea floccules, and acclimating, thus increasing the specific gravity of the powdered activated carbon and enhancing the precipitability. In the PACT process device, a sludge return tank is added, and the powdered activated carbon is added into the sludge return tank, so that the powdered activated carbon and the microorganisms can form activated carbon-microbial zoogloeae in the sludge return tank, thereby prolonging the retention time of the powdered activated carbon in a water treatment system; and sludge in the sludge return tank is lifted into a sewage inlet at the front end of an aerobic tank through a lifting pump, so that the sludge and sewage can be better mixed, thereby prolonging the retention time of the powdered activated carbon in the aerobic tank and enhancing the treatment effect. On the basis of prolonging the water retention time of the aerobic tank, the invention does not need to increase the volume of the original aerobic tank, and is small in occupied area and easy to implement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a PACT process, a device and an activated carbon-microbial micelle cultivation method thereof. Background technique [0002] PACT (Powdered Activated Carbon Treatment, powdered activated carbon treatment) process, also known as AS-PAC process (Activated Sludge-Powdered Activated Carbon, activated sludge-powdered activated carbon) in the United States. Once this method was produced, it was widely used in the treatment of industrial wastewater, such as oil refining, petrochemical, printing and dyeing wastewater, coking wastewater, organic chemical wastewater, because of its advantages in economy and treatment efficiency. This method can significantly improve the treatment of urban sewage. Therefore, environmental workers from various countries have shown great interest in the PACT process and conducted extensive and in-depth research. [0003] PACT has good adsorption cap...
