Problems solved by technology

[0006] The current detection device for plant health, in terms of the arrangement of light sources, the method to achieve uniform illumination is to adopt a left-right symmetrical structure or add reflective materials in a closed environment; in terms of detection objects, most of the autofluorescent substances in plants such as green Fluorescent protein detection (Zuzana, 2009), or the use of fluorescence excited by other devices for imaging, lacks a light source conversion contro

Abstract

The invention discloses a plant physical condition detection method based on a spectral imaging technology, and a device for the same. In an illumination unit of the device, each side of an equilateral-triangle-shaped bracket is provided with a blue LED (Light-Emitting Diode) and a white LED, the three LED lamps with the same color form one equilateral triangle, so that the uniform lighting is realized; and a light source controller controls the conversion of two types of LED lamps and stimulates plant fluorescence. A multispectral camera of an acquisition unit of the device is used for capturing a fluorescence image and a visible image. The colors and the textural features of a plant in the fluorescence image and the shape feature of the plant in the visible image are all extracted, and the plants are divided into three types including a healthy and integral type, a healthy and mechanically injured type and an unhealthy and stressed type. The method and the device can stimulate the plant leaf pigment fluorescence, and can simultaneously obtain the fluorescence image and the visible image of plant leaves in different wave bands, thereby realizing the plant physical condition detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method and a device based on spectral imaging technology, in particular to a detection method and device for plant health status based on spectral imaging technology. Background technique [0002] The substances that can excite fluorescence in plants are mainly polyphenols and photosynthetic pigments, including carotenoids and chlorophyll (Lichtenthaler, 1998). Under the excitation of one or more bands of excitation light, fluorescence spectra in different bands can be obtained. [0003] The development of excitation light source is from xenon lamp, halogen lamp to ultraviolet lamp and laser (Pereira, 2008. Moshou, 2005). In recent years, LED has become a new type of light source due to its advantages of low energy consumption and long life (Lawrence, 2007). Moreover, LEDs will not cause burn damage to plants. At present, there are growth boxes for preventing plant diseases based on LED light sources (patent appli...
