AI Technical Summary

Problems solved by technology

Although the above reports have successfully prepared pesticide chitosan nanoparticle preparations, their research and development are still in the exploratory stage, and the physical and chemical indicators such as the size, particle size distribution, and drug loading rate of the prepared nanoparticles are unstable, and the standardization level has not been achieved. It is cumbersome and difficult to achieve large-scale production, so it has been limited to laboratory research so far, and has not been transformed into a product preparation circulation market
In addition, the active ingredients of the pesticide chitosan preparations successfully reported so far are mostly existing chemical pesticides with small molecular weight and relatively simple technical operation.

Abstract

The invention discloses a chitosan nano particle which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.5-5% of chitosan, 1-10% of cosolvent, 0-5% of antifreezing agent, 0.1-1% of surfactant, 0.1-0.5% of emulsifier, 40-60% of buffer solution and the balance of water. The invention also provides a biological pesticide preparation for controlling cabbage moths and a preparation method thereof. The biological pesticide preparation mainly comprises the following components in percentage by weight: (A) 0.05-15% of active component: a siRNA (small interfering ribonucleic acid) is designed and synthesized in accordance with a cabbage moth high-efficiency killing target gene and is a 15-50nt double-chain RNA; (B) 19.95-55% of solvent; and (C) 30-80% of chitosan nano particle. The chitosan nano particle ensures that the stability and the cabbage moth control effect of the biological pesticide preparation are better.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural insecticides, and specifically relates to a biological pesticide preparation and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a chitosan nanoparticle, a double-stranded ribonucleic acid-containing biological pesticide preparation for controlling diamondback moth and a preparation method thereof. technical background [0002] Diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella), also known as small caterpillar, two-headed point, hanging silkworm, belongs to Lepidoptera Plutella, is a worldwide migratory pest, and its larvae mainly harm Brassicaceae plants such as cabbage, Chinese cabbage, rapeseed, mustard greens, and radish , bringing great losses to the production of important economic vegetables. Plutella xylostella larvae are responsible for more than 90% of plant losses in some regions and cost an average of $1 billion per year globally to control them. All the vegetable production areas of my count...
