Embodiment Construction

[0048] An indicator displacement colorimetric sensor array for multiple anion detection methods including chelation of metal ion colored chelators to corresponding metal ions, anion displacement, colorimetric readout, and sample determination,

[0049] Metal ion colored chelating agents and their corresponding metal ion acceptor chelates in aqueous solution are used as anion indicator materials; in order to detect various anions, 18 kinds of metal colored chelating compounds are placed in a 3x6 18-well plate as an anion indicator material. The detection unit extracts the color information corresponding to each colored chelate, summarizes all these color information, and constructs an array system; based on the principle that metal ions can form precipitation with anions, and in the case of excessive anions, part of the precipitation is further dissolved. Ten kinds of anions and metal colored chelating agents compete for the reaction of metal ions; by extracting the color inform...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting multiple anions in water by using an indicator displacement colorimetric sensor array. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing several colored metal ion chelating agents and metal ion receptors which correspond to the colored metal ion chelating agents under the condition of an aqueous solution to obtain a chelate, so that the indicator displacement colorimetric sensor array is constructed; and displacing metal ions from the colored chelate by means of the precipitation reaction between different anions and metal ions and the effect of the further generation of complexes, so that the change of the color of the chelate is caused. By the method, whether ten kinds of trace amount of anions, namely S<2->, F<->, Cl<->, Br<->, I<->, SO4<2->, PO4<3->, CrO4<2->, NO2<-> and C2O4<2-> in water exceed the national discharge standard of sewage or drinking water can be rapidly determined. In the testing process of a sample, an atlas of the sample is compared with a ''fingerprint atlas'' by mathematical statistics methods such as cluster analysis and principal component analysis, so that an unknown anion is subjected to qualitative or semiquantitative analysis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sensor, in particular to a method for detecting various trace anions in water by an indicator replacement colorimetric sensor array. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of my country's industrialization process, people's living standards are improving year by year, and the resulting environmental pollution has become a common concern of the country and the public. Among them, the threat of anion pollutants to human health cannot be ignored. These anionic pollutants mainly include cyanide, sulfide, sulfate, chloride, fluoride, iodide, nitrite and so on. Non-ferrous metallurgy, steel and aluminum processing, coke, synthetic plexiglass, ceramics, electronics, electroplating, chemical fertilizers, wastewater from pesticide plants, pesticides, etc. may all produce large amounts of these pollutants. Among them, sulfide can interact with cytochromes, oxidases and disulfide bonds (-S-S-) in such substances in the hum...
