Abstract

The invention provides electromagnetic valve fault on-line monitoring equipment comprising a power device base transceiver station (BTS) which is cross-linked with an electromagnetic valve through a cable and a central processing unit which is connected with the BTS; the BTS receives a discrete input signal from a bus when outputting a signal; a driving current signal which is responded and output is rectified by a quick recovery rectifier diode and output to the electromagnetic valve, so as to drive the electromagnetic valve to work; meanwhile, a high-level electric signal is returned to a bus module of the central processing unit through an 'ST' pin port, so as to monitor the on and off of the electromagnetic valve on line; and when the current on an output wire is higher than preset current, the BTS outputs an interception signal from an OUT port through a built-in protection circuit, so as to automatically cut off a load access. The electromagnetic valve fault on-line monitoring equipment has the advantages of convenience in operation, installation and debugging. During the operation, when the equipment is power on, the current signal which drives the electromagnetic valve to work can be output as long as a 'high' command is sent out, and meanwhile, the on and off of the electromagnetic valve can be monitored on line.
