The novel simulated natural Dendrobium candidum tissue culture room has a width of 16-24 meters, a length of 30-45 meters, and a height of 3-5 meters; a steel frame structure is used, laminated films are used on walls and a roof of the room, terrazzo or tiles are laid on the ground of the room, and ventilation windows are arranged on the walls and also provided with exhaust fans; and a temperature control device is arranged to ensure the temperature range between 20-30 degrees, and a suitable quantity of trapezoidal culture shelves are placed. The novel simulated natural tissue culture room is constructed for the Dendrobium candidum which is a rare and endangered Chinese medicinal material; and the natural light is used as the main source of energy during the growth process of the tissue culture seedlings, thus the energy is saved, and the tissue culture seedlings grow well in the sunlight and are domesticated and easy to survive.
