The method comprises the steps of carrying out primary actuation on the relay coil and disconnecting and releasing the relay coil after the relay coil is stabilized, sampling currents of the relay coil with the testing circuit to obtain an average current value I; carrying out secondary actuation on the relay coil and disconnecting and releasing the relay coil after the relay coil is stabilized, sampling voltages of the relay coil with the testing circuit to obtain an average voltage U; and calculating released energy of the relay coil, wherein t is releasing duration of the relay coil.
