The computer system comprises a plurality of general multi-core processors, a multi-instruction multi-data many-core processor, a single-instruction multi-data many-core processor and a network interface card, wherein the plurality of general multi-core processors are used for control and scheduling of the calculating process; the multi-instruction multi-data many-core processor is used for processing calculation tasks with more judgments and branches; the single-instruction multi-data many-core processor is used for processing calculation tasks with less judgments and branches; and the network interface card is used for connecting the computer system with a computer network. By adoption of the computer system provided by the invention, the calculation tasks with different characteristics in the multiscale calculation can acquire matchable efficient execution components, and the total efficiency of calculation is improved, so that the evaluation time is shortened and the operating cost is reduced.
