The clamping mechanism in the tissue box is correspondingly designed, so that the tissues pulled out to the strutting piece can be prevented from falling back to the containing space by means of the stopping region formed on the strutting piece; and the sunken region formed on the strutting piece can be used for containing the tissues pulled out to the strutting piece, so that a part of tissues stays in the sunken region, and thus the subsequent tissues are conveniently extracted.
