The data processing method includes steps of uniformly sampling bottom shape of a ship model, acquiring ship model data of a standard ship, respectively subjecting cross-section data arrays of the ship model and actually measured ship cross-section data arrays to least square fit to obtain two curvilinear equations, calculating relative position relation between an actually measured ship data curve and a ship model data curve, aligning the actually measured ship data curve and the ship model data curve, namely interpolating missing data, and obtaining the repaired actually measured ship data curve. After the actually measured ship data curve and the ship model data curve are aligned, missing data of the actually measured ship data are mended, and the actually ship curve moves back to original position.
