The second steel wire is connected with the small pulley block; the tail end of the second steel wire is connected with the second wire reel; and the top end of the second steel wire is connected with the independently movable pendant light. The hand winch acts on the first wire reel; the first steel wire is driven by the first wire reel; the big pulley block is driven by the first steel wire; and the crystal pendant light body can be lifted through the big pulley block.
