The method comprises the steps of obtaining positioning identification information by taking the fire-fighting evacuation strobe light or the smoke detector as a positioning base point through intelligent positioning equipment communicating with the positioning base point, and locally processing the positioning information or sending the positioning information through a network to conduct remote processing. According to the method, a great amount of fire-fighting evacuation strobe lights and smoke detectors installed or necessarily installed are used, a communication module (such as a zigbee module) with a GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) positioning function is additionally arranged in the equipment, thus not only being used for the communication control of the fire-fighting evacuation strobe lights and the smoke detectors, but also realizing the low-cost distribution of the indoor positioning base points.
