The WAP webpage index database establishing method includes that first WAP webpages which are provided with corresponding authority values exceeding a preset threshold value are obtained from a webpage database; the first WAP webpages are accessed to obtain second WAP webpages from webpages which are returned form a corresponding server; at least one second WAP webpage is added into the webpage database and the at least one second WAP webpage is marked if at least one second WAP webpage is not in the webpage database; at least one second WAP webpage is marked if the at least one second WAP page is in the webpage database; fist WML webpages of the first WAP webpages, which have content similarity with the second WAP webpages exceeding a preset similarity threshold value, are marked; the webpage index database is established according to the marks and the webpage index database is corresponding to first mobile terminals which do not support the WML webpages.
