The satellite data acquisition system disclosed by the invention adopts two user access modes, namely an S-aloha access mode and a subscription access mode, so that the access mode of the system is more flexible; and acquisition of data of a small number of short message features and acquisition of continuous data can be realized. According to the satellite data acquisition system, a jam control mode is also adopted; and Doppler diversity receiving is adopted for high-dynamic signals.
