The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the matrix component into an agitating pan, stirring and heating to dissolve at 75-95 DEG C; adding the acne-removing component A, keeping warm at 75-85 DEG C, dissolving completely, cooling by circulating water; when the temperature is 55-65 DEG C, adding the acne-removing component B, stirring to completely dissolve; when the temperature is 45-55 DEG C, adding the neutralizing component, stirring to form a gel; and when the temperature is 35-45 DEG C, stirring uniformly to obtain the centella acne-cleaning speckle-removing gel.
