The compound preparation can substantially inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria comprising Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophila and the like in the intestinal tract of young sea bass, can enhance the body immunity of the young sea bass, effectively prevents and treats the bacillary enteritis of the young sea bass, and improves the survival rate of the young sea bass to above 70%.
