Problems solved by technology

Because urine has different viscosities, the sedimentation speed varies greatly. When using automatic settings for analysis, it is generally necessary to set a sedimentation time of 30-60 seconds. The image of this plane can be clearly captured when the focus is just right, but in fact, even if such a long settling time is set, due to the viscosity, it is still impossible for the formed components to completely settle to the same plane. If the settling time is set too long , such as more than 5 minutes, and because the detection speed is severely reduced, which affects the actual application, it can only be set within an appropriate settlement time. In this case, the detection speed has been low. not very accurate

Embodiment 1

[0019] Step 1: Take 10 ml of mid-range urine from the first urination when the patient wakes up in the morning according to the requirements of the World Health Organization Standardized Test for Urine Sediment Detection (NCCLS);

[0020] The second step: filter the above urine sample with a transparent filter membrane, and trap the formed components on the filter membrane, so that theoretically, the formed components can be trapped on the same surface plane of the filter membrane without sedimentation;

[0021] Step 3: Use a microscope to detect the urine formed components on the filter membrane;

[0022] Step 4: Analyze and count the formed components retained on the filter membrane, and calculate the content of each formed component (unit / microliter). The calculation method is a conventional method.

[0023] There are two types of filter membranes: one is a transparent filter membrane, and the other is an opaque filter membrane. We use a transparent filter membrane, which d...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting urine formed components. The method comprises the steps that: 1, sampling is carried out according to an international urinary sediment detection standardized requirement; 2, the urine sample is filtered with a transparent filtering membrane, such that the formed components are retained on the filtering membrane; 3, the formed components in the urine are retained on the surface of the filtering material, and are detected by using a microscope; and 4, the formed components retained on the filtering membrane is subjected to analysis counting, such that contents of the formed components are calculated. When analysis is carried out with the automated configuration designed by the invention, the sedimentation link is eliminated, such that a clear image of urine formed components can be rapidly obtained, the contents of the formed components can be accurately calculated, and urinary sediment detection standardized requirement can be satisfied. The method has the advantages of high speed and high accuracy, because the sedimentation time is eliminated, and because the formed components in urine are completely distributed on the surface plane of the filtering membrane, such that precise imaging and identification can be carried out by using the microscope.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to urine testing. Background technique [0002] The detection of urine formed components is currently performed by adding urine into a counting tank of a specified volume, and after a certain period of natural settlement, the formed components fall to the bottom of the counting tank, and the various formed components at the bottom of the counting tank are counted by manual observation under a microscope. Or use automatic control means to take images of the bottom of the counting pool and use analysis software to automatically identify various formed components and form an analysis report. Because urine has different viscosities, the sedimentation speed varies greatly. When using automatic settings for analysis, it is generally necessary to set a sedimentation time of 30-60 seconds. The image of this plane can be clearly captured when the focus is just right, but in fact, even if such a long settling time is set, due to th...
