Abstract

The invention relates to a bactericidal composition containing picoxystrobin and prochloraz and an application of the bactericidal composition, which belong to the technical field of pesticides. The invention discloses a bactericidal composition containing picoxystrobin and prochloraz or salts thereof, wherein the weight ratio of the picoxystrobin to the prochloraz or the salts thereof is 1:20-5:1. The composition can be prepared to agriculturally allowable suspending agent, water dispersible granules, wettable powder, missible oil, emulsion in water, microemulsion, etc. The bactericidal composition provided by the invention is reasonable in components, good in sterilization effect and low in medication cost, and the activity and sterilization effect of the bactericidal composition are not simple superposition of the activity of the components; compared with an existing single agent, besides having the excellent sterilization effect, the bactericidal composition is excellent in synergistic effect, capable of alleviating resistance, few in preparation residues, free of pollution on crops and good in safety, and furthermore, the bactericidal composition meets the safety requirements of pesticide preparations and has an obvious effect of preventing and treating anthracnose of fruit trees and vegetables, wheat powdery mildew, rice blast and banded sclerotial blight.
