Abstract

A pixel circuit comprises five transistors, two capacitors and an organic light-emitting diode. First terminals of the first transistor and the third transistor are electrically coupled to a first power voltage. A first terminal of the second transistor is electrically coupled to a second terminal of the first transistor and a first terminal of the fourth transistor; a second terminal of the second transistor is electrically coupled to a second terminal of the fifth transistor and a first terminal of the first capacitor and is coupled to a second power voltage electrically through the organic light-emitting diode; a control terminal of the second transistor is electrically coupled to a second terminal of the fourth transistor and a first terminal of the second capacitor; and a second terminal of the third transistor is electrically coupled to second terminals of the first and second capacitors.
