[Problem] The objective of the present invention is to provide a curtain air bag mounting structure capable of contributing to facilitating maintenance work of a vehicle interior. [Solution] A curtain air bag mounting structure (100) is provided, above a side surface part, with a curtain air bag (104) which is wound from below and is longer in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The curtain air bag mounting structure (100) comprises: a bracket member (116) installed above the side surface part; a hold member (114) for mounting the curtain air bag (104) onto the bracket member (116); a roof member (108) for covering the bracket member (116) as well as the curtain air bag (104) and the hold member (114); and a detachable clip member (112) which penetrates through the roof member (108), the hold member (114), and the bracket member (116) in the stated order from the vehicle interior, and secures the same. The hold member (114) includes an elastic claw section (124a), and the claw section (124a) is pressed onto the bracket member (116) and thereby fitted into the bracket member (116).
