By the method, a trading-operation integrated mathematical model is established by aiming at the realistic problem of needing large-scale wind-electricity acceptance by using medium-term and long-term trading plans and operation plans carried out by an electrical power company as the background, optimized target functions are the minimum total operating cost and the maximum wind-electricity elimination and acceptance of a system, and constraint conditions include the security constraint of electric-network operation and the physical constraint of generator operation. In order to reduce the solving dimensionality of the model, plan-scale compressing and mapping technologies are provided for compressing the time scales of the medium-term and long-term plans into typical-week time scales, the plan of a typical week is firstly obtained through optimized calculation, and the plan of the required medium-term and long-term time scales is formed through mapping relation, so that the electrical power company needing large-scale wind-electricity elimination and acceptance can be helped to make medium-term and long-term trading plans and operation plans, and therefore decision-making scientificity and validity are improved, the method is helpful to improving the accepting level of the wind electricity, and the production cost of electric energy is lowered.
