Abstract

The invention discloses a kneading simulation system used for an experiment and the system is used for performing standardized quantification researches through simulation of a manual kneading massage technique. The system includes a mechanical kneading mechanism which directly contacts a kneaded part, a swing mechanism which drives the mechanical kneading mechanism to swing back and forth, a measurement sensing part used for acquiring a corresponding kneading force signal, an input display part used for acquiring a swing-motor control instruction and a steering-engine control instruction, a storage part used for storing the kneading force signal, the swing-motor control instruction and the steering-engine control instruction and a control part which not only controls the force of the kneading force according to the steering-engine control instruction based on the kneading force signal, but also controls the swing amplitude and swing frequency of the mechanical kneading mechanism according to the swing-motor control instruction so as to make the swing mechanism drive the mechanical kneading mechanism to swing back and force so that the kneaded part is kneaded. The kneading simulation system used for the experiment reduces the manpower load of the experiment and gives security to a kneading massage basic experiment of a large quantity of samples.
