Abstract

The invention provides a transparent display device including a display panel and a backlight module. The display panel is arranged on the backlight module. The backlight module includes a light guide board and a light source module. The light guide board includes a body and a light incoming part. The body is provided with a light emitting face and a light receiving side, wherein the light receiving side is on the edge of a side of the light emitting face. The light receiving part is connected with the light incoming side of the body. The light source module is arranged corresponding to the light incoming part. Light beams produced by the light source module enter into the body through the light incoming part. The light beams have a comparatively contracting light beam type after entering into the light receiving part than before entering into the light receiving part. Possibilities of light leakage in a transparent area can be reduced. Transparent degree of the transparent zone is increased. And backlight zone production can be controlled.
