The control method includes the following steps that firstly, the temperature and the operation time of each chamber are detected; secondly, when the difference delta T2 between the temperature of each chamber and the first preset value is detected to be lower than or equal to the second preset value T1 and after operation continues for a first preset time period, the compressor is suspended and the refrigerator enters the energy-saving mode; when the difference delta T2 between the temperature of any chamber and the first set value is detected to be larger than the second set value T1, the first step is repeated; thirdly, in the energy-saving mode, when the temperature difference delta T2 between the temperature of any chamber and the first set value is detected to be larger than the second set value T1, the refrigerator exits the energy-saving mode and at the same time, the first step is repeated.
