Abstract

The invention discloses a solid image in-depth perception and objective evaluating method. Firstly, local phases of each pixel in a primitive undistorted solid image and a distorted solid image to be evaluated under the selected center frequency and factors of different directions are calculated; the parallax error skewing vector of each pixel in the primitive undistorted solid image and the distorted solid image to be evaluated under the selected center frequency is obtained and the objective evaluation metric of each pixel in the distorted solid image to be evaluated is obtained according to the parallax error skewing vector; finally, the in-depth perception and objective evaluating predicting value of the distorted solid image to be evaluated is obtained. The solid image in-depth perception and objective evaluating method has the advantage that the parallax error skewing vector has strong stability and can well reflect in-depth perception changes of the solid images, thus the correlation between the objective evaluating result and the subjective perception can be effectively improved.
