A ceramic silicone rubber composite tape I, an oxygen isolation layer, a ceramic silicon rubber composite tape II, a copper pipe and a protective sleeve wrap the three conductors sequentially. A filling rope is arranged between the three conductors and the ceramic silicon rubber composite tape I. The filling rope is an inorganic paper filling rope. The oxygen isolation layer is a low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin oxygen isolation layer. The protective layer is a nylon protective sleeve of high-density polyethylene. The conductor shields and the insulating shields are semi-conductive crosslinked-polyethylene shields. The copper pipe is a longitudinally wrapped argon-arc-welding corrugated pipe.
