Abstract

The invention relates to traditional Chinese medicine compound whitening and freckle-removing cream which is prepared from a traditional Chinese medicine formula and a matrix. The traditional Chinese medicine formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of radix angelicae, 15-25% of rhizoma bletillae, 10-20% of rhizoma typhonii, 15-25% of divaricate saposhnikovia roots, 15-25% of kaempferiae and 15-25% of poria cocos. The matrix comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.3-0.4% of xanthan gum, 2-4% of cetostearyl alcohol, 2-4% of glycerol monostearate, 5-7% of squalane, 4-6% of iso-octyl palmitate, 4-6% of white oil, 1-2% of simethicone, 4-6% of stearic acid, 7-9% of glycerinum, 1-2% of polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.05% of sodium benzoate, 1.5-2.5% of a traditional Chinese medicine solution and the balance of deionized water.
