The composite busbar comprises busbar bodies, terminals and connecting portions, the busbar bodies are flat, at least two busbar bodies are overlapped, and the space between adjacent busbar bodies is filled with high-insulating-strength material, so that the adjacent busbar bodies are insulated. The terminals are arranged on the busbar bodies and used for being connected with a circuit device, and the connecting portions are arranged on the busbar bodies and used for being connected with a direct-current input end, a direct-current output end or the circuit device. The composite busbar at least comprises a first busbar body, a second busbar body and a third busbar body, the first busbar body is connected with the positive pole of the direct-current input end, the second busbar body is connected with the negative pole of the direct-current input end, and the third busbar body is connected with an alternating-current output end. The single-phase inverter circuit can lower stray inductance and reduce peak voltages.
