The valve tank includes a fluid chamber, an inlet for guiding the fluid to the fluid chamber, and a discharge outlet for discharging the fluid from the fluid chamber. The plug blocks the fluid chamber to prevent the fluid from flowing to the discharge outlet from the inlet. The hat has a receiving part which is enclosed and isolated through the plug and is combined with the vable tank. The switching unit is inserted into the receiving part and moves the plug to open or close the fluid chamber. The safety unit is inserted into the receiving part and controls the movement of the plug through the switching unit.
