Abstract

The invention discloses a heating system for rotor thermal bending vibration test. The heating system comprises a rotor, a thermal insulation cover and 3 heating sub-systems, wherein every heating sub-system consists of heating tubes, a temperature controller, bidirectional triode thyristor modules and a sensor used for measuring the surface temperature of the rotor; a heating insulation cover is arranged in the middle of the rotor and is used for heating and performing thermal insulation on the surface of the rotor and preventing heat radiating; the 3 heating sub-systems are independent from each other during heating and temperature controlling; in every sub-system circuit, the corresponding temperature controller receives the temperature signal of the rotor surface and compares with set target temperature, so as to realize the closed-loop control on the surface temperature of the rotor by controlling the conduction angles of the bidirectional triode thyristor modules through calculation in accordance with a control algorithm.
