[0055] Examples A1-A5 and Comparative Examples B1-B2

[0056] The steel pipes in Examples A1-A5 and B1-B2 were manufactured according to the following steps:

[0057] (1) Smelting: After refining outside the furnace and vacuum degassing, the mass percentage distribution ratio of each chemical element in the control embodiments A1-A5 and B1-B2 is shown in Table 1;

[0058] (2) Continuous casting into round billet or casting into square billet, and rolling into round tube billet after casting;

[0059] (3) Heating and soaking: heating to AC3 and above to keep warm and soak;

[0060] (4) Rolled steel pipe in the austenite phase zone, the final rolling temperature is greater than 880℃;

[0061] (5) Cool to room temperature to obtain a hot rolled product.

[0062] Normalizing can also be continued, and the normalizing temperature is 860-940°C to obtain a normalized product.

Abstract

The invention discloses a seawater corrosion-resistant steel pipe. The seawater corrosion-resistant steel pipe comprises a ferrite-pearlite mixed matrix and contains 0.13-0.20wt% of C, 0.10-0.35wt% of Si, 0.9-1.5wt% of Mn, 0.05-0.4wt% of Cr, 0.01-0.04wt% of Al, 0.05-0.4wt% of Cu, 0.05-0.3wt% of Ni, 0.06-0.12wt% of V, 0.008-0.02wt% of N and the balance Fe and other unavoidable impurities. The invention discloses a manufacturing method of the seawater corrosion-resistant steel pipe. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of 1, smelting, 2, casting and then rolling for round pipe blank production, 3, heating and soaking, 4, austenite-phase rolling for steel pipe production, and 5, cooling to a room temperature. The seawater corrosion-resistant steel pipe has excellent seawater corrosion resistance, good processing welding performances and excellent low-temperature toughness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to steel grades and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a corrosion-resistant steel pipe and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the shortage of oil resources and rising oil prices, the development of marine resources is becoming increasingly important. Correspondingly, the steel demand and performance requirements for related facilities (such as offshore platforms) used for marine resource exploration are also increasing. Seawater is a corrosive medium with a considerable salt content, and the salt content of surface seawater is generally 3.20% to 3.75%. In addition, the salinity of seawater increases with the depth of the ocean. The marine environment is divided into the ocean atmosphere zone, the ocean splash zone, the seawater tidal range zone, the seawater full immersion zone and the sea mud zone. The area where corrosion is most serious in the marine environment is the splash zone...
