Abstract

The invention provides an unhulled rice drying device. The unhulled rice drying device is mainly composed of a box, a hot air device and an unhulled rice lifting device. The unhulled rice drying device is characterized in that the box comprises an unhulled rice stock bin on the upper portion, a drying cavity on the lower portion and an unhulled rice collecting cavity at the bottom; multiple vertically-communicated unhulled rice dropping through grooves are formed in the drying cavity between the unhulled rice stock bin and the unhulled rice collecting cavity, a hot air cavity is formed between every two through grooves, and the hot air cavities are communicated with the corresponding through grooves through vent holes formed in the walls of the through grooves; the hot air cavities are at least communicated with a hot air pipe externally connected with the hot air device in a centralized mode; the unhulled rice lifting device is perpendicularly arranged on the side wall of the box, and a feed port in the lower end of the unhulled rice lifting device is communicated with the unhulled rice collecting cavity in the bottom of the box; a discharge port formed in the upper end is communicated with the unhulled rice stock bin on the upper portion of the box. The unhulled rice drying device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to use, reliable, high in efficiency and the like, and can evenly drying unhulled rice.
