Abstract

A locking mechanism is further arranged between the first thrust surface on the drill body and the gear ring and comprises a steel cushion and a steel ball. The steel cushion is located between the first thrust surface of the drill body and the gear ring. Multiple chutes with lead angles are formed in the end face, facing the steel cushion, of the gear ring circumferentially. The steel ball is located between the steel cushion and the gear ring. The steel ball is correspondingly placed in one chute and can move in the chute. When clamping operation is loosened, the steel ball moves in the direction from the shallow chutes to the deep chutes, so that locking operation is achieved, looseness of the clamping jaw is prevented, and the clamping firmness degree of the clamping jaw is increased.
