Abstract

The invention discloses a winged shutter which comprises an outer frame and a plurality of vanes. The outer frame comprises an upper outer frame and a lower outer frame which is of a hollow structure, one end of each vane is provided with a rotating shaft which is connected to the lower outer frame through a bearing, a driving mechanism is fixed inside the lower outer frame and is provided with a driving rod capable of linearly reciprocating along the inner cavity of the lower outer frame, each rotating shaft is connected to the driving rod through a pushing connecting rod piece, a shaft hole is arranged in the other end of each vane, a telescopic shaft pin is arranged in each shaft hole, and the vanes are connected in fixing grooves of the upper outer frame through the shaft pins. One ends of the vanes are connected to the lower outer frame through the bearings, so that less effort is put in use to enable the winged shutter to rotate; the other ends of the vanes are connected to the upper outer frame through the telescopic shaft pins, the vanes can be disassembled easily by pressing the shaft pins with no need of disassembling the outer frame, and assembling and maintaining are simplified; the driving mechanism is arranged inside the lower outer frame, so that waterproof and dustproof functions can be achieved.
