Abstract

The patch for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands is prepared by the following steps: washing the skins of the potatoes; carrying out airing; carrying out freeze-drying on the potatoes by using a vacuum freeze-drying technology; grinding the potatoes into 200-mesh powder by using an ultrafine grinder, wherein the 200-mesh powder is easy to be absorbed by the skin; uniformly mixing the 200-mesh powder with transdermal gel according to the proportion of 1: 1; preparing the mixture into a patch by using a coating machine; and finally cutting to obtain the patch for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. The path for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands takes vegetable potatoes as main raw materials which are easy to get, low in cost, free of poison and easy to be absorbed by the skins of a human body; by utilizing a freeze-frying or extraction technology, the potatoes are prepared into medically common external preparations such as ointment, spray and the like; and the preparations are suitable for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. Clinically, 52 patients of hyperplasia of mammary glands try the patch and the patch is proved to have the functions of relieving breast pain, softening masses and stopping galactorrhea.
