Embodiment Construction

[0037] like figure 1 As shown, the device applicable to the fast detection method of crop nutrient elements in the present invention includes a double-pulse solid-state laser 1, a delay generator 2, an energy attenuator 3, a laser energy real-time monitoring system 4, an optical path climbing system 5, and a detector 6 , a spectrometer 7, a sample stage 8, a focusing lens 9, an optical fiber collection system 10 and a sample surface imaging system 11.

[0038] The delay generator 2 controls the trigger time of the Q-switching switch of the double-pulse solid generator 1 and the start-up trigger time of the xenon lamp. Under the control of the delay generator 2, the double-pulse solid-state laser 1 generates a coaxial 532nm (1064nm) double-pulse laser. The laser light passes through the energy attenuator 3 to attenuate the laser energy. The energy coming out of the beam splitter 32 is controlled by turning the half wave plate 31 . After attenuation, the laser light passes th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid detection method for the nutrient elements of crops based on collinear laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. The rapid detection method comprises the following steps: preparing the fresh leaves of a crop into a laminated sample, raising the optical paths of collinear double pulse laser and then focusing the collinear double pulse laser directly above a sample table for striking the surface of the sample, thereby generating plasmas; acquiring characteristic spectral lines generated by plasma cooling; selecting four spectral lines without self-absorption and self-reversal and highest in intensity out of the characteristic spectral lines according to nutrient elements to be detected; establishing a plurality of multiple regression models with sample reference values as outputs Y' and the intensities of the four spectral lines as inputs, selecting four optimal models from all the models, and establishing a comprehensive model with the prediction results of the four models as inputs and the sample reference values as outputs Y'; for the sample of a to-be-detected crop, obtaining the intensities of four spectral lines of the sample to be detected and inputting the intensities into the comprehensive model, and then calculating the content of the nutrient elements. The rapid detection method for the nutrient elements of crops based on collinear laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy realizes rapid detection on the nutrient elements of crops, and has the characteristics of simplicity in operations, low cost and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to crop nutrient element detection technology, in particular to a crop nutrient element rapid detection method based on collinear laser-induced breakdown spectrum. Background technique [0002] Crop nutrient elements (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc.) are closely related to the growth status and yield of crops. Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are the three main nutrients for crops. Nitrogen is a component of pigments, which can promote plant photosynthesis and increase crop yield; phosphorus is a component element of various compounds in crops, which has an important impact on crop quality; potassium can promote crop photosynthesis and enhance crop resistance. Obtaining the information of crop nutrient elements is beneficial to understand the growth status of crops, and realize early quantitative fertilization according to the nutrient deficiency of crops. At present, the detection methods of crop nutrient elements main...
